Kieran and Lewis, both Y10 students, gave a presentation to Year 7s this morning. They dressed very smartly for the occasion in their cadet uniforms and spoke eloquently about their involvement with the Army Cadets. They were able to inform our younger students how joining the Cadets has helped them to develop friendships as well as pursue new fun activities. Lewis also told us about the community work involved in being a cadet and the qualification he obtained in first aid.
The year 7 students were interested to know when they were eligible to join and were told they need to be over 12 and in year 8 at school. Please see following link for more information: Army Cadets
