The Aspire Schools Federation  is registered under the General Data Protection Regulation for the holding of personal data. We have a duty to protect this information and to keep it up to date and we expect parents to contact the school if there are any changes to information provided to us.

The school is required to share some of the data with other agencies such as the Local Authority and the Department for Education.

The Privacy Notices in the link below sets out in detail exactly what information is involved, why it is needed and how it is used. It also tells you how you can access personal data and who you should contact.
