Termly Compass reviews are conducted with the school’s Enterprise Coordinator, Charlotte Lawrence, from Liverpool City Region Careers Hub. This review is used to monitor performance against the Gatsby Benchmarks. The Enterprise Coordinator can be a critical friend both supporting and challenging the school’s Careers Education whilst helping to build networks for provision. The Enterprise Coordinator also assists in the review of the Careers Policy and provides guidance and support in the strategic planning of the careers programme. pupil voice is used throughout the academic year to review activities and determine future provision through half-termly council meetings.
Yearly surveys conducted with pupils and parents give comprehensive feedback on the effectiveness of our careers programme.
Termly feedback to Governors is performed and governors are encouraged into school to observe, question and feedback on our career programme delivery.
