ChildLine is a free 24 hour counselling service for children and young people in the UK provided by the NSPCC. ChildLine deals with any issue which causes distress or concern. If you are worried about anything, something big or something small – don’t bottle it up. It can really help if you talk to someone. Coram Voice provides support for children in care and equips them to hold to account the services that are responsible for their care.

Kooth provides a safe and secure means of accessing mental health and wellbeing support designed specifically for young people.
